In an attempt to shed some light on all the things that Game Author could do, I’ve begun recording some tutorials. Here’s an example:
I have a few others up on the Trapset Interactive YouTube page, and I hope to begin recording on some of the more advanced topics like Peer-to-Peer sharing. Take a look and leave some comments.
After many months of work, I’m proud to say that Game Author is finally ready for sale on the iOS App Store (for iPad). Check it out and watch for updates.
Part of the GA press package is a selection of GIFs, showing up certain features. Here’s a sneak peak at a couple of them: the AR feature and the “Papercraft” feature (which lets you print, cut, tape/glue, and then roll some paper dice). Augmented Reality and Unaugmented Reality.
We’ve submitted Game Author to Apple, so now we wait for approval. In the meantime, I’ll keep cutting videos and making GIFs.
I felt the ~2:30 Feature Trailer seemed a little long, so I whipped up a smaller “Highlight Trailer”. I’m also editing tutorials right now, that should be posted right around launch.
